Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

During busy periods (like new collection drops or sales), please allow up to 3 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship with Australia and Internationally.

Please allow up to 14-21 days for international packages to arrive.

Within Australia:

Standard Shipping – $12 flat rate – Estimated 4–10 business days

Express Shipping – $20 flat rate – Estimated 1–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, public holidays, and courier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on the move, you’ll get an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door.

Pre-Orders

If you’ve pre-ordered an item, it will ship on or before the date stated in the product description. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together unless otherwise arranged.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

We take delivery seriously. If your parcel is delayed or goes missing, we’ll work directly with our delivery partners to resolve the issue and make sure you receive your order as soon as possible.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your order doesn’t arrive within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or other remedy.

International Orders 

International customers will be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees, and delivery times may vary.

Tall-Girl Guarantee

We design with tall women at the forefront — because length matters.

If the length isn’t quite right for you, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We stand by our fit and are committed to continually refining it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition as received
• It its original packaging
• Unworn and unused
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase with all tags attached

We’re always listening to our community. If you’re returning an item due to length, we encourage you to share your height with us. This feedback is passed directly to our design team and helps inform future production cycles — so we can continue improving the fit for tall women.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please ensure you take a photo of the damaged item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
